OVERVIEW
A special yoga charity event with live music, where we come together to move and breathe for the benefit of ourselves and others.
Our “Shine With Kindness” charity yoga event originated in 2019.
Our main intention is to create an opportunity to experience community on the yoga mat with live music, as we come together to move and breathe for the benefit of ourselves and others.
We continue to love this event, and the community that joins us to share this inspiring experience.
So please join us for this unique yoga event held in the inspiring 1000sqm of Jardeco’s “Grünen Wohnzimmer”,
followed by tea and cake in the garden.

with Rieke Perez, Klaus Steiner, Oliver Glosch
With their soundscapes, chants and heartfelt songs, Rieke Perez, Klaus Steiner and Oliver Glosch take us on a quiet journey back to ourselves. They see themselves as a gentle backdrop for a path that everyone walks in their own way. Light and soft, their warm voices and the spacious, quiet sound of keyboard and guitar open doors into meditation for us.
Joined by Jürgen Weiland – Handpan
Alongside them, Jürgen accompanies the trio on the handpan. With its warm, overtone-rich sound, the handpan weaves a delicate thread through the voices and instruments of Der DREIzeiler – at times a soft, pulsing heartbeat, at times a floating carpet of sound. Jürgen Weiland lets the instrument breathe, opening a space where body and mind can naturally let go and settle into stillness.

Seva project
In Yoga, SEVA (Say-va) is a Sanskrit word for service - how can we serve others and give back to society. Through my yoga practice and teaching, I aim to give back to my childhood community in a small and meaningful way. Since I grew up in South Africa, this is where my heart lies in an attempt to empower young children in the Lidgetton community where it is often challenging to have hope and see the light. Our small Angel Ruth’s Soup Kitchen is a space where the children can go for a warm meal, as well as to a space where they know they are safe and cared for, can play freely and learn.
I offer a percentage of my teaching earnings back into this community, knowing that is is well used and goes directly to the source. To support the growing needs in the Lidgetton community, we set-up Lucky Beans e.V. in Germany in 2015. Through our charity status we are able to offer the possibility of EU citizens receiving a tax reclamation from any donation you may wish to make.
