For me, the practice of yoga is about each person experiencing him/herself in this moment, just as they are right now.

My integrated approach to teaching has slowly developed over the past 26 years, through my various experiences of working with many different people.
I am presently working with small specialised groups, private clients with specific health issues, as well as cancer patients.
